All sales are final. At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges due to items being custom unless there is a defect.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Send an email to shopfilledwithlove@gmail.com with details of the issue and include photo of the damage as well. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that any claims made after the 3 day window will not be accepted.
